About Environment

The project comprises the investigation of the environmental conditions that are necessary for the operation of a low-voltage TEM. The microscope requires highly stable power supplies and a sufficient suppression and/or shielding of parasitic mechanical, acoustic and electromagnetic vibrations. We will establish an automated control of the room and microscope parameters.
